$60.00 Payment by Check/Money Order or Credit/Debit Card (convenience fee of $1.80 applies to card transactions)

If previously married, a certified divorce decree from the county where you were divorced (i.e., Delaware County Office of Judicial Support) or death certificate from the appropriate State (i.e., PA Department of Health) for each previous marriage

Complete the Marriage License Online Pre-Application Form

Please call our marriage license front desk at 610-279-3320 to make an appointment.

We can never issue licenses more than sixty (60) days in advance or less than three (3) days before your wedding.

Couples should begin the process of applying for their marriage license at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so we may check you in.

We offer 30-minute, in-person appointments for couples who wish to obtain a marriage license.
